Do I need to rent a car to visit Tulum attractions?

You won’t need to rent a car if you would like to stay strictly on the bay. And if you are okay with a taxi ride, then our concierge can arrange a cab service to help you get around. Otherwise, you will need to rent a car to get to and from excursions and surrounding areas like Tulum playa and Tulum beach.

Which is the closest international airport?

Cancun International Airport is just one and a half hours from our luxurious beachfront properties near Tulum. Getting to our villas and bungalows is easy. Hwy 307 will take you from the airport to the entrance at Soliman Bay. If you are renting a car, please keep in mind that there are “topes”, otherwise known as speedbumps, throughout the route.

How far is Soliman Bay from Cozumel?

Cozumel is 1 hour and 35 minutes away from Soliman Bay, including ferry transport from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel. A 50-minute drive will take you to the ferry station in Playa Del Carmen, and then it’s a 45-minute ferry ride to Cozumel.

How far is Soliman Bay from Tulum?

Soliman Bay is a short 20-minute drive from the town of Tulum and 25 minutes from Tulum Playa. Be aware during peak season there will be a fair amount of traffic on the beach road in Tulum Playa.

Are there hair dryers at the property?

Yes, hair dryers are available at all Tulum Luxury Collection properties. We also have locally-made bathroom amenities that are 100% ecological, biodegradable, Sulfate, Paraben, Phthalate, and cruelty-free.

Does Tulum Luxury Collection offer laundry service?

Yes, our housekeepers provide laundry services for all guests except for on Sundays. If you have any further questions regarding our amenities and services, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Are massage services available at the properties?

Yes, our concierge can schedule a massage for you on property. Enjoy a massage in your Beach Palapa, or a Reiki Session surrounded by palm trees. We recommend setting up an appointment prior to arrival.

Will I have Wi-Fi access during my stay?

Yes, Tulum Luxury Collection properties offer Wi-Fi access to help you stay connected during your stay in Riviera Maya. The Wi-Fi password will be provided upon your arrival.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes, all Tulum Luxury Collection properties feature air-conditioning. Our beachfront villas and bungalows have A/C in all bedrooms and living spaces.

Does every Tulum Luxury Collection property have a swimming pool?

Yes, the villas have a private pool on each property, and the three bungalows have a shared pool, with plenty of room to lounge! Dive in for a refreshing start to the morning or relax after a day of adventures and exploration in Riviera Maya.

Do you have kayaks?

Yes, kayaks are available. If you’re looking for an aquatic adventure during your Riviera Maya getaway, then the Tulum Luxury Collection has you covered.

Do you have snorkel gear?

Yes! We have snorkels, masks, and flippers available at our beachfront properties near Tulum. Dive into the shimmering waters of the Caribbean and discover the wonders that lie hidden beneath the waves.

Can I rent a yoga mat?

Yes. We also have Yoga blocks and straps. We recommend getting in touch with us to put in a request ahead of time due to limited availability.

Can I rent a stand-up paddleboard?

Yes, stand-up paddleboard rentals are available at our beachfront properties near Tulum, Mexico. It is one of the most popular aquatic activities here. So we do recommend requesting paddleboards prior to arrival, since availability is limited.

Does Tulum Luxury Collection offer chef services?

Chef services are included with your stay in all of the villas. We do not offer chef services for the Bungalows.

Can we buy our own groceries?

Yes, there are a few local grocery store options to choose from. We can also pre-stock the villa on your behalf at an additional cost.

Are gluten-free/vegetarian/vegan options available?

Yes, our culinary experts are more than happy to prepare dishes that adhere to your dietary requirements. All you have to do is let us know before your meal is prepared.

What are the best restaurants in Soliman Bay and Tankah Bay?

On Soliman Bay, we have Jashita Sahara Cafe. Jashita serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is open from 8 am to 10 pm. On Tankah Bay, Blue Sky and Casa Cenote are some of the best places to grab a bite.

Yes, our beachfront villas and bungalows have caretakers who live on each property. They can assist you as much or as little as you would like.

Do Tulum Luxury Collection properties have security?

There is a night watchman for each property at night, along with private security on each bay. At Tulum Luxury Collection, your safety and security is always our top priority.

Will my room have a safe?

Yes, there is a safe in each bedroom of our villas and bungalows. Please email our concierge if you would like specific dimensions.

Is it safe to drink the water?

We recommend using the water provided in jugs throughout the house for drinking purposes. Also, it is recommended to buy bottled water or order it prior to arrival.
